The cool maritime climate of Currency Creek produces exceptional parcels of these two varietals, due to its long slow ripening period. The dominant Pinot Noir component produces a pale pink tinge whilst adding a complex array of flavours. Fruit depth is contributed by the Chardonnay, leading to a long dry finish. Serve chilled.
