Chenin Blanc is Coriole’s principal white variety and was first planted in 1977. Chenin Blanc is an aromatic wine that has great fruit concentration and yet shows an outstanding ability to age.
Coriole Redstone Shiraz
The Redstone range is produced from Coriole’s own estate vineyards and other selected sites in the McLaren Vale Region. The name comes from the distinctively coloured ironstone so common in the vineyards and buildings at Coriole.
