Consistently good value for money, this Clare Valley Cabernet from Taylor’s shows ample varietal blackcurrant flavour seasoned with some attractive sweet oak. The tannins are firm but nicely in balance.

The Cabernet Sauvignon is deep red, showing varietal fruit, spicy cherry and plum with some herbal notes. Medium weight with cherry and plum fruits, some spice and a hint of oak.
